Shotgun bandolier

If anyone has any questions on why i chose this clothing.... please comment

NOTE: I would wear these over my heavy duty hiking shirt, my heavy duty jeans, and my hiking boots/combat boots.

Seems like you are quite focused on storage. I'm not sure you'll need as much within easy reach as is worth the bulk being spread that far around.

I will change the Apparel according to what wepaon i will be using.

Ex. If i use shotgun... i take the shell bandolier

How do you know what weapon you'll need? The answer is, you don't. It appears you're choosing your kit with no experience. Why did you choose what you did?

Because the police belt carries my handgun, a flashlight, handgun ammo, handcuffs, and it has 2 rings (police use it for baton and large flashlight holder) i would use it to hold my handheld pickaxe, and hammer. With the chioce of two rings i can carry both.

To begin with you didn't answer my question. And again, it appears you're choosing your kit with no experience in doing so. Those rings you speak of will allow your hammer and axe to rattle around, making lots of unwanted and unnecessary noise. If you have to run the fact that your axe and hammer aren't thoroughly secured could cause them to pop ot of the rings.
